GROUP RETREAT CACAO & TRUFFLE – NORDIC JOURNEY – 14 & 15 MARCH 2025

Through the Mycellium of the truffle, the energy flowed from Sweden to Friesland and we ‘Nordic Sisters’ found each other in beautiful Fryslân!

Together with Mariana, I guide Cacao & Truffle retreats for groups of up to 8 people.

Both our paths flowed deeply through Mother Earth and found the path of plantmedicine; truffle and Cacao, a magical combination! From a place of passion and healing through plantmedicine with psilocybin, we entered into collaboration with these spirits and are passionate about bringing this into the world. Truffles feel like ancient medicine from our place ‘Northern medicine’ and therefore very special and familiar to work with. Our Northern energy seamlessly matches in the field of light and love and we stand firmly with our feet in the Swedish/Frisian clay…. From a loving heart, we hold a safe ‘space’ for the group and ensure that each person can take a deep journey.

MEDICINE

In this journey that we open with a circle in ceremony on Friday evening, we work with two medicines; namely Cacao and Truffles.

Cocao is beneficial for your body and soul, bringing you inward in a gentle but clear way. The medicine opens your channels, your energetic system and the heart. For thousands of years, Cocao has been used in rituals and ceremonies. When you work with Cacao, you are in contact with the multi-dimensional spirit of and it is possible to get deeper in touch with your own Divine core. Truffles contain the active substance psilocybin. This substance expands your consciousness and makes it possible to come into deeper contact with your soul. You look into the mirror of your soul, as it were, without limiting beliefs standing in your way. You see your life and events from a different perspective. You gain insight into old patterns and how you can organise your life differently, so you learn to live more from the heart and less from the mind. It is a journey of experience, in the field you enter you can experience more clearly how you do things from habit and also how you can transform this. You take this experience with you into your daily life. It can be very liberating and you can feel more connected.
